We will never email you asking to follow a link regarding your order. Any spam emails from DPD or other couriers should be ignored.
We only ship to UK addresses with a valid UK postcode. Unfortunately, we do not ship to ROI, other European countries, or the Channel Islands at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Customer Communication:

We will only contact you directly if it pertains to your order. If we do, we will always provide your order number so you can verify it's from us.
For competitions on social media or our subscriber list, winners will be notified via email with clear details proving it is from us and relevant to the competition entered. We take our customers’ cyber security seriously, so please remain vigilant.

If you believe someone is imitating Funzley on social media or elsewhere, please notify us immediately so we can take action.
